Our policy is to insure you receive your products new and without defects. 1 year warranty is covered on frames, metal and composite parts only and 30 day warranty on the nets, bags, and other non metal and composite parts. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover normal wear and tear. You must register your product online within 15 days of purchase for your warranty to take effect. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at: email@example.com within 1 year of your purchase. We will need your invoice as proof of purchase and may require pictures of the defect item for review. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a returns authorization to include with your shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for return of product. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during return shipment.
Important: All items shipped to us without a returns authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender. Upon receiving a returns authorization, you will be responsible to ship the item back to us at your cost. The replacement parts will be shipped to you free of cost (shipping not included). All returned items are subject to inspection to verify whether the item is a manufacturing defective. We will not honor the return should the item show normal wear and tear from use. All items not meeting the qualifications of our returns policy will be held at our warehouse for your pickup, or we can ship the item back to you with your paid shipping cost.
