Shipping and Returns
PowerNet Big Red Baseball Nets are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders received before 2pm pst will ship same day. Orders received after 2pm pst will ship the following business day.
Expect all ground delivery to be 2-7 business days to arrive. We will provide tracking numbers for all orders shipped and enroute.
Returns, Warranties, and Refunds
We stand by our baseball nets 100%. Our policy is to insure you receive your products new and without defects. You may return your complete net package within 30 days of purchase for free, as long as it is in the original condition and packaging. 1 year warranty is covered on frame only and 30 day warranty on the net. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover normal wear and tear. You must register your product online within 15 days of purchase for your warranty to take effect. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 year of your purchase. We will need your invoice as proof of purchase and may require pictures of the defect item for review. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a returns authorization to include with your shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for return of product. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during return shipment.
Important: All items shipped to us without a returns authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender. Upon receiving a returns authorization, you will be responsible to ship the item back to us at your cost. The replacement net will be shipped to you at our cost. All returned items are subject to inspection to verify whether the item is a manufacturing defective. We will not honor the return should the item show normal wear and tear from use of the hitting net. All items not meeting the qualifications of our returns policy will be held at our warehouse for your pickup, or we can ship the item back to you with your paid shipping cost.
Refunds or Replacement
Once we've received, inspected, and approved your return for a refund, we will refund only the cost of the item. Though we paid for your original shipping cost during the intitial purchase, we will refund only the cost of the product less our shipping cost for the original order.
