Warranty Information

We stand by our products 100%. Powernet offers a warranty on new Powernet products purchased through authorized dealers within the USA.

The 1 year limited warranty covers the following:

- The frame, poles, metal and composite parts are covered for manufacturer defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear.

Our products are designed to be portable and be taken down after each use. Any signs of our products being left outside for extended periods will not be covered under this limited warranty. In these situations, a replacement part will be offered for purchase with a small shipping fee. Our products are for recreational use and not for commercial use. Please replace defective parts immediately.

Please note: Our nets and carry bags are covered from manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.

We will need your invoice as proof of purchase and may require pictures of the defective item for our team to review. A member of our warranty team will determine if the claim is due to a manufacturing defect. Once your claim has been authorized, we will ship out the replacement part with a small shipping fee and you may dispose of your defective part. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to respond back to you.

  1. Customer name, ship to address, and best contact phone number.
  2. Proof of purchase number.
  3. PO tag number, which is found inside the sleeve of the net:



You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the return of the product.  Powernet will not be responsible for any damage or lost packages. Units that are in used conditions are not eligible for a full refund. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if not in original, like-new packaging. Important: All items shipped to us without a returns authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender.  All returned items are subject to inspection to verify whether the item has a manufacturing defect.  We will not honor the return should the item show normal wear and tear from use. All items that do not meet the qualifications stated in our returns policy will be held at our warehouse for you to pick up, or we can ship the item back after your paid shipping cost has been arranged. The warehouse will hold the item for 45 days and if no arrangement has been made, we will dispose of it. An email will be sent with a return merchandise authorization to include in your shipment.
